Thank you for shopping at Omnibay Digital (https://omnibay.digital).

Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer a no-refund policy. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “returned” once they have been accessed or downloaded.

1. Final Sale

All purchases made on Omnibay Digital are final. Once you have purchased a digital product and the download link has been provided to you, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Accidental purchases (unless a duplicate order of the identical product is made).

  • Inability to use the product due to lack of required software (e.g., PDF reader).

  • Personal dissatisfaction with the content style.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will consider refund or replacement requests only in the following specific cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice in two separate transactions, we will refund the second purchase.

  • Technical Issues: If the digital file is corrupted or the download link does not work, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of being notified.

  • Product Misrepresentation: If the delivered product is significantly different from the description provided on the product page.

3. How to Request Assistance

If you encounter a technical issue or believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase:

  • Email: [akashslal@gmail.com]

  • Subject Line: Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

  • Requirement: Please include a screenshot or video of the technical error to help us resolve it quickly.

4. Cancellation of Orders

Since access to digital products is granted immediately upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed. Please ensure you have reviewed your cart before completing the checkout.

5. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we detect patterns of fraud or “friendly fraud” (e.g., requesting a refund after successfully downloading the entire bundle).
